The benefits of our ongoing client servicing include the following:
The knowledge that a trusted professional is managing your investments, making your money work harder and making the complicated stuff simple.
The Practice build and earn your trust by making dedicated Adviser-Client communications relevant, specific and personal.
The Practice are always accessible to address any inquiries or unexpected requirements that may arise between your annual reviews. Your initial contact point will likely be with a Practice Manager, who serves as our client-facing operational lead. Practice Managers oversee all aspects of Practice operations, including client service needs. Working closely with Christine, they ensure a seamless customer experience and service. Please reach out to your designated Practice Manager for any process or administrative inquiries you may have.
The Practice are prompt and proactive. We communicate with you on a regular basis (in addition to your annual review), to ‘check in’ and ensure no changes have occurred. We keep you updated with regular newsletters, industry updates and Budget information.
You have your own personal, secure client site. Technology means you can track your investments, keep all your policy documents safely in one place, receive up to date/latest valuations and much more 24/7 at your fingertips. The Practice provide convenience with a personal touch.
In addition to the potential to achieve higher investments returns, regular attention to your personal circumstances and goals means that we go well beyond the formalised work of fact-finding and attitude to risk. Providing a holistic approach, we explore your softer needs and requirements, which we believe are equally important.
The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.
